On the Rise

Riviera Nayarit is quickly becoming one of the world’s premier tourist destinations attracting 4.5 million visitors in 2018.

Planned development along the Riviera Nayarit is expanding off the renowned successes of Nuevo Vallarta, Punta de Mita and Sayulita with numerous projects currently underway.

Infrastructure improvements, including highways and marinas, will create seamless access for national and international markets.

Additional Features

Government Land Trust

The property is adjacent to the last, large parcel owned by the state government for planned tourism development. Boca de Chila is a 99 hectare tract that is directly to the south of the Playa Xila property. Once developed, Boca de Chila will be one of the largest destinations along the Riviera Nayarit.

Biodiversity

In 2008, Mexico’s environmental management agency placed protections on wetlands and federal zone concessions north and south of the Playa Xila property. Development will be limited to small pockets along the 17 km beach.

Support Infrastructure

The town of Zacualpan (population ~6,000) is 7 km away and is ideal for workforce housing, labor and employment base. The town also has construction material suppliers as well as easy access to the coastal highway.
